The clarification process is carried out slowly at a low temperature, allowing milk proteins, lactose, and water to be gently removed — leaving only pure, golden butterfat.
Each batch undergoes:
- precise control of temperature and melting time;
- visual inspection of color, aroma, and texture;
- airtight filling into sterile jars.
