1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Public Offer is an official proposal from the brand “Masheros,” including:

hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”, to enter into a distance sales agreement for goods through the Online Store (hereinafter — the “Agreement”) in accordance with applicable EU e-commerce legislation.
1.2. Full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer is the Buyer’s payment for the order in accordance with this Agreement.
2. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
2.1. In this Offer, the following terms are used:
• “Goods” — ghee butter, flavored variations, gift sets, accessories, and related products.
• “Online Store” — the Seller’s electronic platform created for distance sales in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.
• “Seller” — a company or sole proprietor authorised to sell products under the “Masheros” brand.
• “Buyer” — an individual who accepts the terms of this Public Offer and places an order.
• “Order” — selection of goods by the Buyer on the website and their payment.
3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
3.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them.
3.2. This Agreement regulates:
• selection of goods;
• order placement;
• payment;
• processing and delivery of goods to the Buyer.
4. ORDER PLACEMENT PROCEDURE
4.1. The Buyer may place an order for any goods available on the website.
4.2. The quantity of goods in one order is not limited.
4.3. If a product is temporarily unavailable, the Seller will inform the Buyer via email, phone, or messenger.
4.4. The Buyer may:
• replace the product;
• refuse the product;
• cancel the order;
• wait for restocking.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
5.1. Payments may be made in the currencies available on the website using the following methods:
• bank transfer;
• card payment;
• online payment systems (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) via WayForPay or other processors;
• other payment methods available at checkout.
5.2. The payment date is considered the date the funds are received by the Seller.
5.3. For international orders, the Buyer pays 100% of the value of the goods and shipping before dispatch.
5.4. The Seller may request proof of payment.
5.5. In case of non-payment or partial payment, the Seller may suspend order processing.
5.6. Goods are shipped only after full payment.
6. DELIVERY OF GOODS
6.1. Delivery methods are listed on the website.
6.2. Delivery may include:
• international courier services (shipping costs paid by the Buyer);
• pickup (if available).
6.3. The Seller is responsible for the condition of the goods until they are handed over to the carrier.
6.4. After transfer to the delivery service, responsibility for transportation lies with the carrier in accordance with EU postal and logistics regulations.
6.5. Dispatch time is up to 3 business days if the goods are in stock.
6.6. In case of delays due to factors beyond the Seller’s control, delivery time may be extended with prior notice to the Buyer.
6.7. Ownership of goods transfers to the Buyer after full payment.
7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. The Seller and the Buyer are liable in accordance with applicable EU law and the laws of the Seller’s country of registration.
7.2. The Seller is not responsible for:
• minor variations in taste or texture caused by natural product characteristics;
• differences in label or jar colors due to device screen settings;
• incorrect delivery information provided by the Buyer;
• delivery delays caused by carriers;
• third-party use of the Buyer’s account or website access.
7.3. The Buyer is responsible for their actions on the website.
7.4. In case of force majeure, both parties are released from liability.
7.5. Disputes shall be resolved by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes may be submitted to a competent EU court.
8. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (EU-COMPLIANT)
8.1. In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, food products cannot be returned once opened.
8.2. Returns of unopened, unused goods of proper quality are accepted within 14 days from delivery, provided that:
• original packaging is intact;
• product has no signs of use;
• seal/lid is intact.
8.3. Return shipping costs are paid by the Buyer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
8.4. If a defect is confirmed, return shipping is covered by the Seller, and the Buyer may receive a refund or a replacement.
8.5. Refunds are processed after the Seller receives and inspects the returned goods.
9. PERSONAL DATA & PRIVACY (GDPR)
9.1. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
9.2. The Seller collects:
• first name and last name;
• phone number;
• email address;
• shipping address.
9.3. Data is used exclusively for:
• order processing;
• communication with the Buyer;
• delivery of goods;
• post-purchase support.
9.4. Buyer information is confidential and is not shared with third parties except for:
• delivery/logistics companies;
• payment processors.
9.5. Under GDPR, the Buyer has the right to:
• request deletion of data (“right to be forgotten”);
• request correction of personal data;
• request access to their data and information about how it is stored.
10. TERM OF THE AGREEMENT
10.1. The Agreement is considered concluded at the moment the Buyer completes payment.
10.2. The Agreement may be terminated before dispatch by mutual consent.
10.3. The Seller may update the terms of this Offer at any time. The current version is always available on ghee-masheros.com and ua.ghee-masheros.com.
